COVID-19 Response

If you had an appointment during the time that we were closed and have not heard from us, please contact us.

To ensure your safety and wellbeing, we have redesigned and implemented a number of new operational procedures.

Upon Arrival: Please knock at the front door, patients will then be screened and given the COVID-19 paperwork to complete.

Mandatory 6-feet spacing: Mandatory measures will ensure that all patients are 6 feet apart from one another.

Screening: To follow the highest safety measures, we will assume all patients have been exposed. Therefore, we will require patients to wear face masks at all times while coming, staying and exiting the office. Patient screening which will include temperature checks upon entering. Patients with temperatures over 100.4 will not be treated. There will also be screening over the phone at the time the appointment is being made.

Prioritizing Cleanliness: Bathrooms, and other common areas will be disinfected frequently. Disinfectants, hand sanitizer and related supplies will be available to staff and patients at all times. Additionally there will be a 15 minute “no patient” time incorporated in the schedule in between every patient to ensure the adequate cleaning of the office.

No “Waiting Room”: Patients will be asked to wait in their vehicle until it is time for their appointment.

Limiting Interaction: All treatment consents will be signed in the treatment room. Scheduling follow up appointments will occur in the treatment room instead of at checkout. Checkout will work differently, patients paying by credit card will be sent an invoice to their confirmed email that is payable online. Cash or check will be accepted in the office. Non-patient visitors will not be permitted, and we will be staggering appointments for the entire clinic.
